Great replacement plug ofr a Gateway MT-6840 laptop. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the plug is close to a foot shorter in length than the OEM plug I received with the gateway. If you need a replacement plug I would go with this company!

3 Stars Wrong picture…or wrong item given to me?
I’m happy that the item came in about 4 days, earlier than expected. However, mines looks different from the one in the picture and it came with 7 tips to attach. Two of the tips worked on my laptop (MT-6840). It works fine. I just had to use electric tape to secure the tip onto the cord because it can easily fall out.

5 Stars Excellent companion to MBP + 24″ Display
I bought it for my 17″ MacBook Pro to sit on next to my 24″ Cinema Display. The laptop used to take up 25% of my desk. With the stand it uses about 12% and I can slide papers/books/etc underneath it. I don’t use the cable routing hole in the back because it looks better ironically.

Very sturdy, does not slide around (stand or laptop), and aluminum matches Apple products very well. I highly recommend you buy one.

I purchased the mstand to help raise and cool my 15 inch MacBook Pro. It works great and looks great as well. You won’t believe how sturdy and solid this single piece of aluminum is. Well worth the price. Actually I would have paid a little more and it would have been more than worth it! Stop reading reviews and just buy this puppy! You will not be disappointed.

4 Stars Excellent stand for your Macbook, with 1 flaw…
Just got the stand delivered and I must say the quality is very good. One of a few stands you can actually open the laptop without it falling over. Go over to youtube and watch the reviews from itsmemorphious. He does a great job detailing the pros and cons from his experience. The one thing I am disappointed on is the cabling system (hole) in the back of the stand. You can’t fit a mini-display-port-to-DVI cable through it. Thus, you can’t string your Apple Cinema Display connection through it or any display using a mini display port (VGA or DVI) adaptor. That is a big oversight. All they need to do is widen the hole. Considering they advertise with an Apple Cinema Display next to a macbook on the stand, they should have catered for the connection as well. Other than that…I find in this stand everything I was looking for. Great ergonomics, lifts my macbook up off the desk top so I can rest my wireless keypboard and mouse underneath and gives a good home in the back of my setup. Also, the heat dissipation seems good. Aluminum conducts heat better than air so just b/c it rests on rubber feet (good quality feet by the way) doesn’t mean you aren’t getting good flow as it still pulls away heat. Good product. Watch daily for it to get down to the low 40′s before you buy.

4 Stars Those Who Mainly Use Laptops on Desktops…
No more achy back and neck from being hunched over your laptop at your desk! This stand has made my workstation more ergonomically sound and freed up room on my desk. The space underneath the laptop is much appreciated as I use it to stash my keyboard and mouse when they are not needed. The color of the stand perfectly matches the aluminum MacBooks and MacBook Pros. It looks more like a natural appendage of the Mac rather than a bulky add-on. Form and function!

1. Poorly made:

- Within 24 hours of use, the zipper broke (the part that you pull on came off from the zipper track). I hammered the loose part onto the zipper myself to fix it (it was quicker than returning it).

- Strap broke within about 3 weeks of use. The strap is attached by plastic hooks with a relatively thin wire clip securing the strap hook onto the bag handles (SEE THE PICTURES). The wire bent, came out of its holes and no longer secures the strap hook in place, leading to me dropping my laptop a few times, whenever the strap hook unhinges itself.

- The zipper handle broke again, leading to me loosing the part after about 4 weeks of use.

2. I personally do not like the fact that the main laptop compartment opens up completely, 180 degrees rather than from the top only. This was especially aggravating when the zipper broke and everything inside could fall out.

It’s what I expected. My laptop and the ac power pack fits inside the thin case. The case is about 18″ wide. I wish that the extra zipped pack would open up completely, but it works for me.

I have a HP dv7-1175nr and I was looking for a case for it. I saw this and did look nice for me. I bought it, and I love it. I’m a tall guy, so the case and the laptop fit with me. When a friend of mine, who has other 17″ laptop, saw my case, he ask me where to buy it. We’re really happy with our cases.

Found this very professional looking case at Staples for my new Samsung NC10-14GB 10.2-Inch Netbook (1.6 GHz Intel Atom Processor, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, 6 Cell Battery, XP Home) Blue. My netbook fits perfectly inside the case with enough room for my Logitech V470 Bluetooth Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Blue) and cord attachment without looking bulky.

5 Stars Great case for the ACER Aspire One 6-cell
I recently purchased an Acer Aspire One (6 cell version) and ended up spending a surprising amount of time looking for a case for it before tripping across this one. I am happy to report that it is a perfect fit. Moreover, it has a full size external zipper pocket that is roomy enough to hold both the Samsung external optical drive I purchased for the machine and the battery charger without adding any appreciable bulk. The detachable shoulder strap is the option I particularly wanted since I often do not have a free hand when traveling. The only mystery is why Amazon does not list this case among the suggested cases for the ACER machine since it is an excellent choice.

5 Stars Nice case, looks bulky, but nicely put together
I found this case in Staples. At first I did not like the way it looked, very bulky. Bought it anyway, it was the only netbook case in stock. Fits the new Aspire One with large battery perfectly. There is a lot of padding, straps and room to store additional supplies, etc. I plan to keep the bag now. It is what is…. nice workmanship, nicely put together, I even kind of like the bulk.

5 Stars Great Netbook case
Targus TNC101US Sport Netbook Case for up to 10.2-Inch Netbooks (Black/Grey) This is a great case for my ASUS Eee PC 1000HE netbook. It is a perfect size and well padded to provide great protection for the contents. Despite its small size, it also has enough room for the power adapter plus cord, a Logitech V450 Nano Mouse, a LiteOn eSAU208-31 Slim Line External DVD Burner and the power adapter and cord for the latter. With some careful packing, I can also include the Targus slimline power inverter and cables in order to use the netbook in my car or plug it into an airline seat on longhaul flights. Only gripe, my case arrived without the advertised padded shoulder strap and with 4 smaller and inadequate carrying straps. Targus responded well to my complaint and quickly sent me a very nice padded strap to replace the missing one. I purchased this Targus case fom DataVis.com but do not bothering to call Datavis if you encounter any problem, they are just an on-seller and will only refer you to Targus, anyway. I can strongly recommend this case from a functionality perspective but it is still too early to comment on its durability although it seems pretty sturdy and I would expect it to last well. It looks attractive too and the black and silver exterior perfectly complements the Asus Netbook it contains. The case is designed to allow you to actually use the netbook while in the case without needing to remove it, if you wish, which is great while flying. Highy satisfied with this purchase and at the advertised price, it is an unbeatable value.
