Got confused at whether the setting on the back was the input or output. Maybe I am just supposed to know to set it one way or another, but it doesn’t have it clearly marked and it’s on the back of the plug by the source not the front where the output is. I used it with my straightener and it didn’t seem like it was getting optimal power (the light was flickering instead of staying on) so I switched the plug to the other setting and blew everything up. So I’m still not sure which way is right, but it’s in the trash now and I have gotten a new adapter that works perfectly.
4 Stars humm.. it works perfectly with small electric things, but..
if you want to use a small electric device, it works perfectly.
but i wanted to use for the rice cooker, but it didn’t work for that purpose. so now i use it for the small electric device only.
it is ok to use it. as long as you don’t have to connect to a big electric device. Thanks~
5 Stars This worked fine.
I asked a relative to buy something I wanted in asian, but when I got the product, it was in 220v, and this solved my problem pretty good.
5 Stars Just awesome to the max
This item is great. As a German Immigrant I’m having quite a bunch of electronic appliances that are 220V and i won’t tear myself away from them. This is a good and small reliable product. I recommend it for anyone who shares the same past with me. Did I mention it comes with a gift? I love it and for the cost worrying folks it hasn’t sparked my power bill into oblivion.
