5 Stars Cool Running!
I ordered one of these to use with my overheating external disk drive (no AC here!) for my desktop, but ended up trying it out by taking it on the road with my notebook. It is QUIET! The hard drive on my notebook is louder than this fan on low, and so far I haven’t had to run it any higher to keep my normally hot-running notebook completely cool. It’s kind of spooky, really, it works so well.

The fan speed knob is prominent enough that you don’t need tiny hands to turn it, and turns smoothly enough that you’ll find yourself casually adjusting the fan speed without even thinking about it. The stand is nice and springy, and has no trouble at all supporting the fan when it -is- turned on high. There’s no blowing this fan over!

The other nice aspect of this fan is that it has a nice long cord and a wide enough range that it can be aimed to cover several devices at once — including the notebook! Pair this one with an inexpensive USB hub to make sure you’ve got plenty of ports on hand, and you’ve got yourself an all-weather kit for your notebook that can take any heat.

I can’t wait to get this home to use on my desktop and external hard drives!

4 Stars good quiet cooling device for PS3
During the warmer months my PS3′s fans would spin up and become loud after 20 mins of playing games like COD4 and CoD world at war.

I decided to try this fan after reading the reviews. My ps3 is not in an enclosed cabinet but is on a 3 level TV stand and sits on the middle shelf. The stand is open on all sides.

Putting fan behind PS3 at the exhaust port to help draw hot air out, did not work.

What did work was aiming the fan across the right side about 3 inches away, my ps3 is horizontal, and letting the fan blow into the intakes and across the exhaust on the back.

The fan is very quiet on medium speed and runs on the USB port so it powers on and off with PS3.

I played 45+ mins last night and the fan did not crank up like it has before.

Seems to work well.

only complaint is it took way too long to get here.

5 Stars Thermaltake Mobile Fan II External USB Cooling Fan – Us USB Fan
In our building we are not allowed to have anything to plug into the walls. The building was built about the time of the Civil War and the ventilation isnt great. I was among a number of scofflaws who had an electric fan anyway because I could hardly breath in this building.

They cracked down in inforcement of electric fans, so when I saw this USB fan it looked to me like the answer to my problems. It only plugs into my computers’ USB port and has a good airflow – not as good as my electric fan but better than any battery powered fan I have every used.

Everybody is happy.

4 Stars Thermaltake USB Fan
Great little fans. I purchased 4 of them for a video recording kiosk box. I love that I can just plug them into the computer rather than have to figure out the wiring. They are quiet, but not silent at low speeds. Instead of using 2 fans in the kiosk (one cool air in, one hot air out) I had to only use one since the microphone did pick up some air noise. The air noise could just be related the box that the kiosk is installed into. The air speed control knob is solid and feels quite high quality and easy to control. I would highly recommend these fans. Hopefully they will last the run of the kiosk.

5 Stars A gift from the Gods! lol
WOW, this little thing is amazing! I just got it today, still have not got my fan pad (that goes under my laptop) and this little fan is already cooling my laptop. I have a GATEWAY FX gaming laptop and it gets HOT HOT HOT. This little fan brought my computers temp down way more then my old fan pad (before it broke). So with this little fan teamed up with my soon to come fan pad my computer will be nice and cool.

Thanks Amazon! FAST shipping!

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Good so far

- A snug fit for my Samsung NC10 (so it should fit all other 10 inch netbooks.

- Haven’t used the pocket for accessories that is built in so I’m not sure if it works well.

- No strap so it’s only meant for light protection and will need to be put in a bag or carried by hand.

5 Stars Function plus style
I bought this for a lenovo s10e, but have ended up using it for an Asus eee 1000HE. The eee fits snugly, so much so that it’s more compact when I pack the machine in the hoodie than when I use the sleeve that came with the netbook. The sleeve has two compartments separated by a semi-rigid shell – one for the laptop and one for laptop related sundries. With nothing in it the extra pocket takes up no additional space, but it can be filled as much as if you had an additional sleeve. I’ve put both a 10″ and 9″ asus in this sleeve at the same time (one per pocket), and it handled it without any trouble. Sufficed to say there’s plenty of room for a power supply, mouse, or whatever else you might want to carry. I’ve used several sleeves, including another from Built for my 15″ macbook pro, but this is by far the most functional and compact I’ve owned.

It’s also the coolest. The hood closure is really clever, works well, and often earns a comment when I take the case out in front of company. It goes over the component pocket before the laptop pocket, so it keeps any cables and dongles safe from being accidentally droppped. The splash of color inside just looks good. It’s sort of like a stylish jacket for my laptop.

1 Star Does not fit Acer One 10.1″ with bigger battery
I bought this case because based on the dimensions, it should have fit my Acer One 10.1″ with the 5800 mah battery. Problem is, the very rigid shell in the middle makes it very difficult to put the netbook in and pull it out. The only way I can get the laptop to fit without hassle and fear of breaking my netbook or tearing the case is to remove the battery and put it in the back pouch. I’d rather have a carrying case where I didn’t have to take my laptop apart. Shame since I’m a big fan of other Built NY products.

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Too small to hold the net book and the burner
This is fine for the net book only, but I need to store the charger and the burner. The reason for me purchaseing a different one.

1 Star to small
This case is a tight fit on my acer aspire 10.1. Not enough room for accessories. After I bought this I bought a leather case that wraps around the copmuter like a book cover so I can use the computer while it is in the case. That way it is protected while using it (when I’m most likely to drop it).

4 Stars MINI COMPUTER TRAVEL COVER
I BOUGHT THIS ITEM ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND LEFT ON AN EXTENDED TRIP SHORTLY AFTERWARD. THE HP MINI THAT I USE ON THE ROAD FITS PERFECTLY AND THE EXTRA POCKETS ARE FINE FOR MY NOTES AND SUCH. IT WAS MONEY WELL SPENT.

4 Stars Does the job
I purchased this sleeve to protect my new 10-inch Acer netbook. It’s a tight fit because the netbook’s 6-cell battery sticks out a bit, but the sleeve is elastic and with a slight tug it fits just fine. The side pocket holds the power supply and a flash drive. This sleeve was inexpensive and does the job. What else could you ask for? I recommend it.

5 Stars Great fit!!!
I purchased this for my Acer Aspire One 10.1 netbook with the six cell battery and it fits it wonderfully. I am able to fit the power cord and the computer in the case and close it. It is a snug fit which is just what I was looking for. I don’t use any other external devices (i.e. mouse, hard drive, etc.) so I’m not sure how they would fit inside the case but there is an extra pocket that could fit note paper or some other slim items. This is definitely a great buy.

4 Stars Dell Charger
Got 2 of these. One for work and one at home. One of them works exactly like factory model. Immediate results. The other needs 5 to 10 minutes to warm up before any charging occurs which really scared me at a trade show last year. Both work. They both have Dell product name embossed in the plastic, but hidden under a sticker.

1 Star Terrible!
I bought this charger a few months ago. It does not charge my battery. My computer charged for about two weeks, now it will only work when plugged in. The charger is falling apart. The cord is coming away from the charger and the two plastic box sides are falling away. I consistently have to snap them back together.

WASTE of money!!!

2 Stars Works, but it does not charge the battery
I purchased this AC power code about 6 months ago and it first worked great, but it stopped charging the battery after a month or so. I am guessing that I got what I paid for… Dell’s original AC power code is costly and it is also not reliable.

1 Star Dell Precision M90 requires 130W not 90W
While the Dell Precision M90 is listed as one of the models this charger is supposed to be compatible with, the M90 requires a 130W power supply to charge the battery. If the system detects a power supply of lower wattage it will not charge the battery or run at full speed.

4 Stars It’s a little toooo hot, but it works!
I ordered this item to replace my broken dell cord. It has been a month and it’s doing okay. However, like what the other people mentioned, it gets too hot toooo fast. Hope it would last.

Case Logic LNEO 10 Ultraportable Neoprene Notebook Sleeve Black

User Ratings and Reviews

4 Stars Case Logic Netbook case
Nice case for carrying your Netbook, I only wish that it had a seperate compartment for the power adapter.

4 Stars Nice bag!
The bag was the right size, even fitting better than the one that came with my new netbook. My portable mouse fit nicely into the pocket. I only wish there was a little more room for other items, i.e., paper. Otherwise, a great value. It was also delivered several days earlier than expected.

5 Stars Great Product!
This is a great little case for any netbook. It has pouch for the power supply and accessories. Very much recommended!

4 Stars Carrying Case for Asus Eee PC 1000HE Netbook
Purchased this case to carry my Asus 1000HE netbook computer. The computer fits well and I haven’t scratched the case while zipping it shut.

The outer pocket is just large enough for the power cord, charger and an external wireless mouse.

5 Stars Good Lightweight Protection for a 10-inch Laptop/Netbook
This is a nice-looking soft case for a laptop or netbook.

Good:

- It fits computers up to 10-inches diagonal. (It fits an Acer Aspire One 10.1-inch perfectly.)

- Zipper motion is smooth and easy, and can be accomplished with one hand (without tugging on the case in the opposite direction).

Mixed:

-There is a single outer pocket with will hold small things like USB keys, but fitting an AC power cable will be tight.

-This case will not offer as much protection as a full-sized case, but is smaller to carry around and easily fits inside a book bag.
