- A snug fit for my Samsung NC10 (so it should fit all other 10 inch netbooks.

- Haven’t used the pocket for accessories that is built in so I’m not sure if it works well.

- No strap so it’s only meant for light protection and will need to be put in a bag or carried by hand.

5 Stars Function plus style
I bought this for a lenovo s10e, but have ended up using it for an Asus eee 1000HE. The eee fits snugly, so much so that it’s more compact when I pack the machine in the hoodie than when I use the sleeve that came with the netbook. The sleeve has two compartments separated by a semi-rigid shell – one for the laptop and one for laptop related sundries. With nothing in it the extra pocket takes up no additional space, but it can be filled as much as if you had an additional sleeve. I’ve put both a 10″ and 9″ asus in this sleeve at the same time (one per pocket), and it handled it without any trouble. Sufficed to say there’s plenty of room for a power supply, mouse, or whatever else you might want to carry. I’ve used several sleeves, including another from Built for my 15″ macbook pro, but this is by far the most functional and compact I’ve owned.

It’s also the coolest. The hood closure is really clever, works well, and often earns a comment when I take the case out in front of company. It goes over the component pocket before the laptop pocket, so it keeps any cables and dongles safe from being accidentally droppped. The splash of color inside just looks good. It’s sort of like a stylish jacket for my laptop.

1 Star Does not fit Acer One 10.1″ with bigger battery
I bought this case because based on the dimensions, it should have fit my Acer One 10.1″ with the 5800 mah battery. Problem is, the very rigid shell in the middle makes it very difficult to put the netbook in and pull it out. The only way I can get the laptop to fit without hassle and fear of breaking my netbook or tearing the case is to remove the battery and put it in the back pouch. I’d rather have a carrying case where I didn’t have to take my laptop apart. Shame since I’m a big fan of other Built NY products.

I purchased this for my 8.9″ netbook and I must say that I’m very pleased with this product. It fits my netbook to a tee including the battery and I don’t think it will fit anything larger than that. It’s so stylish and looks like a briefcase that no one would suspect that you have a computer in it. I love it because I can just throw my netbook in there and it acts as a cushioned sleeve in my bag when travelling. or just carry it around as is. Great product, great price!

sorry but am a disappointed costumer, because i hate USPS or DHL shipping, it’s so so so slowly, clumsy, the worst. i prefered the shipping of the UPS, i think so that the cost of shipping is down, but usually i bought and the shipping is free or well, is like $5.

My package was processed in california, after 3 days, stay in CA, then never never buy it. is the worst expirience in amazon.com to me. i hate it.

i won’t never buy it again. in this site. sucks.

I don’t think you can get a better one without paying a lot of money to have it actually be leather. This is a pleather like substitute, and I like it quite well. Very firm sides, and a snug fit. What else do you need?

4 Stars Too small to hold the net book and the burner
This is fine for the net book only, but I need to store the charger and the burner. The reason for me purchaseing a different one.

This case is a tight fit on my acer aspire 10.1. Not enough room for accessories. After I bought this I bought a leather case that wraps around the copmuter like a book cover so I can use the computer while it is in the case. That way it is protected while using it (when I’m most likely to drop it).

4 Stars MINI COMPUTER TRAVEL COVER
I BOUGHT THIS ITEM ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND LEFT ON AN EXTENDED TRIP SHORTLY AFTERWARD. THE HP MINI THAT I USE ON THE ROAD FITS PERFECTLY AND THE EXTRA POCKETS ARE FINE FOR MY NOTES AND SUCH. IT WAS MONEY WELL SPENT.

I purchased this sleeve to protect my new 10-inch Acer netbook. It’s a tight fit because the netbook’s 6-cell battery sticks out a bit, but the sleeve is elastic and with a slight tug it fits just fine. The side pocket holds the power supply and a flash drive. This sleeve was inexpensive and does the job. What else could you ask for? I recommend it.

I purchased this for my Acer Aspire One 10.1 netbook with the six cell battery and it fits it wonderfully. I am able to fit the power cord and the computer in the case and close it. It is a snug fit which is just what I was looking for. I don’t use any other external devices (i.e. mouse, hard drive, etc.) so I’m not sure how they would fit inside the case but there is an extra pocket that could fit note paper or some other slim items. This is definitely a great buy.
